SMALL GROUP COACHING SESSIONS
Do you want to improve your job search skills but are looking for something that fits your budget? Maybe you have specific questions and only want help with one aspect of your search? Then sign up for one of our 60-minute small group coaching sessions.
Our coach works with people at all levels of experience and expertise, from entry-level to executive, and at all stages in their career search. We also know that coaching expenses can add up. Small group coaching sessions are a strategic way to focus on a topic with a group of your peers. You will join five or six other people on the job hunt for each session. Topics include: understanding how to use LinkedIn, revising your resume, preparing for an interview, and more.
For each small group coaching session, you need to be present for the event. We are choosing people on a first come, first served basis. If you aren’t chosen this time, you’ll go on a waitlist and be the first to know about the next one.

MEET OUR COACH
Kristin Saybe has worked as a Recruitment Director for non-profits and progressive organizations overseeing large-scale recruitment and hiring campaigns hiring thousands of people to work in the progressive community. Prior to NRG, Kristin was the Recruitment Director for the Outreach Team, overseeing the hiring of field directors, organizers, project directors and operations staff for GOTV efforts, voter registration and signature-gathering campaigns run on behalf of organizations such as Planned Parenthood, NARAL Pro-Choice, and the League of Conservation Voters.
Kristin has spent her career in staff development and training. She is passionate about connecting people with roles and organizations where they will excel. Because she has hired and recruited thousands of people in the progressive community, she knows what it takes for a candidate to stand out from the crowd.
Kristin will listen, help you to identify where you feel stuck in your job search, and keep you accountable. Working with The Outreach Team, she hired field directors, organizers, project directors and operations staff for GOTV efforts. This experience means that Kristin understands the complexities of hiring and can offer the insight that you have always wanted. If you don’t know where to start with your job search or if you have been applying to jobs for a while without success, Kristin will give you the edge you need.
