OPERATIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES

Are you a small organization without the budget to hire a COO? Does your organization have an efficiency or operational problem and lack the bandwidth to figure out the solution? NRG is now offering fractional COO services. Charity has 10 hours per week that she can dedicate to organizations who may need help in process and systems building, or a host of other operational needs.  

While Charity has a varied background including experience in finance, HR, administration, business operations and project management, her expertise lies in systems building and operational improvements.

  • EVALUATE

    Evaluate your current processes and operational systems. Then, recommend more efficient solutions.

    Build tools to increase efficiencies around tasks that your team does all the time. Transition to project management platforms.

MEET OUR EXPERT COO

In the fall of 2022, NRG hired Charity Carbine-March as COO. Charity’s task was to help NRG build more effective systems, better track finances, and improve efficiency.  

Charity helped NRG reach all of those goals! With these gains in process and systems improvements, Naomi thought that we might be able to assist other organizations with operational improvements.
