Charity has 20 hours per week that she can dedicate to organizations who may need help in big-picture operations, like change management or system overhauls, to day-to-day operational needs.

MEET OUR EXPERT COO
In the fall of 2022, NRG hired Charity Carbine-March as COO. Charity’s task was to help NRG build more effective systems, better track finances, and improve efficiency.
Charity helped NRG reach all of those goals! With these gains in process and systems improvements, Naomi thought that we might be able to assist other organizations with operational improvements.
