WHY PROVIDE OUTPLACEMENT SERVICES?

If you are an organization who frequently hires short-term employees like organizers and canvassers, providing outplacement services shows that you are committed to treating your employees well. Not only will you invest in your employees’ futures but this support can also incentivize people to say yes to the position in the first place and encourage them to join you for the next campaign.
