WE BUILD TEAMS
SO YOU CAN BUILD MOVEMENTS.
How do we do it? In three words: relationships and speed.
NRG is the place where top-flight candidates who do excellent work get connected with organizations in need of exceptional talent. Over the past 7 years, we’ve built a nationwide progressive talent network to meet the dynamic hiring needs of our clients.

Now Naomi lives in Boston with her wife (who also does social justice work) and her two daughters.
As an undeniable recruiter, Naomi has supported over 150 progressive organizations in growing their teams.
